- Performing the client function for the planning and execution of construction projects, such as office, R&D, production buildings and fit-out projects
- Ensuring compliance with schedule, cost and quality at all stages
- Coordination of all external and internal project participants: such as construction companies, architects and planning offices
- Ensuring customer-specific requirements and their implementation in the planning and execution process
- Proactively drive digitalization and innovation by finding opportunities and creative solutions
- Ensuring the implementation of Siemens guidelines, including sustainability, digitalization and safety on the construction site (Zero Harm Culture)
- Cooperation with public authorities to ensure construction requirements
Company and context
- At least six years of relevant professional experience in project management as well as in the planning and organization of building projects
- Proactivity, positive and team-oriented appearance and entrepreneurial behavior with strong communication and assertiveness.
- Determined, with a high degree of motivation to learn, evolve and adapt, and an affinity for innovation
