- What would your role be?
- Own and deliver the technical implementation of intranet and collaboration use cases across Microsoft SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence, from requirements to production operations.
- Play a leading engineering role in the migration from on‑prem Atlassian Data Center intranet content to SharePoint platform evolution.
- Design, build, and maintain modern SharePoint Online solutions (sites, information architecture, permissions, content models, search, and governance) with a strong focus on developer-grade extensibility.
- Build and evolve intranet features and integrations (e.g., navigation, publishing patterns, content rollups, automation, and platform-wide components) that scale to a firm-wide audience.
- Develop and maintain integrations and migration tooling between Confluence and SharePoint (content move, metadata mapping, link integrity, redirects, and quality checks) to enable a controlled, low-risk transition.
- Act as a senior hands-on engineer: lead code reviews, establish engineering standards, improve CI/CD and operational readiness, and mentor colleagues working on the intranet and platform ecosystem.
