The "Consultancy & Customer Management" department creates the conditions for customer-oriented and continuous consulting and support processes and at the same time supports compliance with the regulatory provisions in investment consulting and in the distribution of investment solutions and products.
To strengthen the team "Wealth Consulting & Suitability" with location St.
Gallen and/or Zurich Airport (The Circle) as well as the possibility to work in the Home Office, we are looking for a solution-oriented, responsible and committed person as a senior business analyst for investment consulting (w/m/d).
- The "Consultancy & Customer Management" department creates the conditions for customer-oriented and continuous consulting and support processes and at the same time supports compliance with the regulatory provisions in investment consulting and in the distribution of investment solutions and products.
- To strengthen the team "Wealth Consulting & Suitability" with location St.
- Analysis, identification, validation and structuring of cross-system requirements (requirements engineering) for the further development of investment consulting processes in consulting systems
- Conception and specification of technical solutions for plant processes as well as monitoring of implementation including the requirements of the system and acceptance tests
Main responsibilities
- Analysis, identification, validation and structuring of cross-system requirements (requirements engineering) for the further development of investment consulting processes in consulting systems
- Conception and specification of technical solutions for plant processes as well as monitoring of implementation including the requirements of the system and acceptance tests
- Perception of a central interface function between the department, IT and other stakeholders as lead business analyst and representation of the Product Owner in operation and the further development of the consulting system landscape
- Cooperation and co-design of strategic projects with a focus on investment consulting and taking into account regulatory requirements (investment suitability) and cooperation in cross-sectoral working groups Requirements:
- Completed higher education or training in business administration, business information technology or similar training (university, FH, HF)
- Multi-year experience in business analysis or as a Product Owner in the banking environment
- In-depth knowledge of investment business and investment fitness (FIDLEG)
- Highly pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and rapid understanding
- Committed, independent and solution-oriented personality with high team orientation and joy in dealing with different stakeholders Very good German knowledge
