Role overview
As part of UETP's reception and medical secretarial activities, you ensure the physical and telephone reception of patients, as well as the management of inquiries, mail and e-mail.
You manage medical calendars and programming of consultations, outpatient days and different therapeutic programs in dedicated tools.
You ensure the follow-up of calls, the maintenance of schedules and the information of patients during organizational changes.
In collaboration with a team coordinator nurse you manage the flow of patients from the unit.
You are also involved in the administrative management of patient records, including the updating of their contact details and insurance coverage, the processing and digitisation of medical documents, and the integration of information into the computerized patient record.
You ensure that various connections are sent to patients, patients, treating physicians, pharmacies and other care partners.
Finally, you contribute to the smooth functioning of the unit by performing certain administrative support tasks.
