- As SAP Application Manager PP/QM, you will take responsibility for improving, further developing, and ensuring the stable operation of our SAP Production Planning and Quality Management processes.
- You will work closely with process experts, key users, internal SAP experts, and external partners to understand requirements, design practical solutions, and ensure stable operation of our SAP landscape. What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear functional concepts, specifications, and SAP solutions.
- Take responsibility for SAP PP and SAP QM topics within our SAP logistics environment.
- Perform SAP customizing in PP and QM and lead the implementation of new or improved SAP processes from an IT application perspective.
- Analyze production and quality management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Handle incidents and change requests in 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Create functional documentation, configuration documentation, and training materials to support knowledge transfer to key users and process experts.

- You will work closely with process experts, key users, internal SAP experts, and external partners to understand requirements, design practical solutions, and ensure stable operation of our SAP landscape.
- Contribute to projects, rollouts, process harmonization, and optimization initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams; fluent in English (German is an asset) and legally authorized to work in Switzerland.
