Key requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the luxury segment, ideally in a demanding and service-oriented environment.
- Strong sales and earnings orientation and the ability to build long-term and authentic customer relationships.
- You have in-depth CRM knowledge and work routinely with CRM systems to professionally manage customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and ensure high data quality
- They love challenges, are committed, positive and a real team player.
- Negotiable knowledge of German and English; excellent communication skills as well as a high level of empathy, listening and social competence.
- Experience in the watch or jewelry industry is an advantage.
- In addition, you cultivate a personal passion or talent that you practice regularly and enjoy sharing with others – an enrichment that contributes to unique and authentic customer relationships.
