Role overview
The civil engineering office is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of cantonal roads as well as hydraulic engineering and slow traffic in Graubünden.
We also take care of the operational maintenance of the national roads in the canton.
The canton's road infrastructure includes over 1,450 engineering structures, including bridges at lofty heights of up to 90 meters and tunnels up to 3 kilometers long.
