- You are the first point of contact for our customers, whether for the withdrawal of new goods, the order of products or the return of items that are not suitable
- You manage the capture and smooth running of orders, to make sure our customers receive exactly what they expect
Main responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers, whether for the withdrawal of new goods, the order of products or the return of items that are not suitable
- You manage the capture and smooth running of orders, to make sure our customers receive exactly what they expect
- With your advice, you help our customers find the perfect product – either directly in store or by guiding them on our online store
- You put your hand to the place where you are needed: resupply of the shelves, maintenance of an impeccable showroom and day-to-day management of goods transfers – You run the shop.
- Behind the scenes, you are just as indispensable: you process requests to the customer service (back office) and make sure that no request remains unanswered

- 2 to 3 years: Experience in Consumer Electronics
- E-commerce is your department: you understand the workings of online shopping and you are passionate about the world of digital shopping
