Role overview
The Real Estate Directorate is seeking, as part of the deployment of its strategy and the achievement of institutional objectives in terms of risk control, security, compliance and sustainability of real estate assets, a real estate risk manager responsible for the project to ensure the safety, compliance and quality of hospital infrastructure.
As such, you propose, define and structure a comprehensive risk management approach within the framework of an asset management adapted to the real estate assets you lay the foundations of, in relation to the challenges of continuity of hospital operations, patient and patient safety, decent reception conditions and the sustainability of infrastructure.
You drive this dynamic under the governance of the real estate committee.

Application process
- You guarantee its dissemination, appropriation and application to the services and sectors concerned.
- You are involved in the progressive implementation of asset management by integrating a robust approach to real estate risk management, based on the principles of ISO 55000.
- You conduct risk and/or compliance analyses in relation to the sectors of the owner.
- In coordination with the real estate OMP, you propose corrective action planning taking into account financial and operational constraints.
Company and context
- You provide methodological and organizational support to sector leaders, service managers and the Real Estate Branch, and participate in the process updates.
- You facilitate coordination between different stakeholders, accompany change and contribute to the development of a risk culture in consultation with the various stakeholders of the institution.
