You proactively advise interested parties regarding the appropriate rental offers
You process the digital re-letting process and are in direct contact with tenants and landlords

You carry out visits of the rental objects with interested parties
You create and manage object, property photos and 360° video tours of properties
You select suitable tenants in cooperation with the management
You draw up rental contracts and support in the preparation of mandate offers as well as in the development of marketing measures
You organize and conduct rental events (including reporting)
You are assisting in the removal of property due to renovation or demolition Requirements
You have completed your training as an EFZ specialist:mann customer dialogue or EFZ Kauffrau:mann
You bring professional experience in direct customer service
