- Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes : Excellence Opérationnelle : Vous implémentez les standards achats et qualité, optimisez les processus et menez les projets d'amélioration continue pour l'équipe sur l'ensemble des catégories d'Achats Indirects.
Application process
- Compliance & Gestion des Risques : Vous veillez à l’application de la Politique Achats de la Maison, pilotez les audits et assurez le suivi des plans d’actions associés.
- Transformation & Digitalisation : Vous travaillez à la digitalisation des processus achats/qualité et accompagnez le changement pour délivrer le maximum de valeur.
- Transmission : Vous développez et déployez des toolkits et des programmes de formation alignés avec les standards du Groupe pour accompagner la montée en compétences des équipes.
- Analyse & Reporting : Vous maintenez à jour les données achats, concevez et communiquez les tableaux de pilotage d’activité et assurez le reporting régulier des KPIs de l'équipe (du S2P au P2P).
- Animation de communauté : Vous contribuez activement à l'animation de la communauté Procurement Excellence au niveau de la Maison et du Groupe.
