- You support various management teams with personnel and technical bottlenecks in our offices in German-speaking Switzerland (BE, BS, LU, SG, SO, ZH)
- You help the managers with the implementation of apartment acceptances or transfers, rental interest changes, etc.
Main responsibilities

- You are in direct contact with our tenants, property managers, craftsmen and authorities You are dealing with resignations You prepare repair orders and issue them
- You check and record creditors' bills in the Basware system
- You create advertisements and help with other support activities for new or re-rental (e.g. object visits) Requirements
- You have completed a CV apprenticeship or a basic technical training (e.g. building draftsman) with further training as a technical merchant/woman
- You bring commercial professional experience, including one to two years in real estate management
- Your mother tongue is German and you have very good correspondence skills
- You are digitally affine and are open to change
- You have an independent and reliable working method and bring travel readiness and flexibility
