Application process
- You control the digital re-letting process from the receipt of notice to the transfer of the property to the new tenants, communicate with tenants and interested parties, check applications and create lease contracts
- You reduce vacancy through effective marketing measures – from error-free online advertisements to the coordination of photos and 360° tours
- You independently carry out visits, transfers and acceptances of apartments.
- If necessary, also outside the usual working hours.
- You move this in your role as a clerk (m/f/d):
- You support the management team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth processes
- You coordinate cooperation with FM providers, craft businesses and agencies – including offers, contracting and work control
- Final statements, custodial settlements and the processing of creditors, debtors and dunning procedures are also part of your area of responsibility.
