- Close coordination with product management, development, engineering, testing, and PQM to design technical solutions market-oriented and customer-focused
- Coordination with purchasing, suppliers, partners and customers – including travel activity of approximately 20%
- Ensuring compliance with the GMS/PEP development process and complete documentation in CIMdb (PLM/PDM system) and SAP
- Cooperation with external verifiers (e.g. UL, Intertek) to meet international standards
- You have a higher education (e.g. technical or economic studies HSG, FH, ETH) and bring industry experience in the technical environment
- You have several years of experience in managing development projects – whether through formal training or practical leadership experience
- You are a strategically thinking personality who not only implements projects, but also develops products and systems in a market-oriented manner.
- You communicate and present safely and convincingly in German and English
- You question the status quo, recognize potential for improvement and develop solution-oriented approaches
- You convince internal and external stakeholders through your empathy, clarity and healthy assertiveness
