Company and context
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing the workspaces within our organization at the main site and in the production center in Schaffhausen.
- You will work on exciting projects like Workplace 4.0 and plan and organize changes in the office and production areas.
- You will advise strategically on transformations, relocations, and new installations, assess feasibility, and report directly to the Head of Real Estate & Facility Management.

- Office and production area workspace design in CAD AutoCAD Provision of furniture plans in accordance with the ergonomic guidelines of SUVA | EKAS-Richtlinien Planning, coordination, and implementation of relocation and transformation projects Definition of project goals, development of the IST & SOLL situation, cost calculation, resource planning, and coordination with the technical interfaces Project execution including cost monitoring and budget planning, communication, and coordination of resources until project completion Area management Basic preparation of the floor plans Analysis of the floor plans and creation of an annual area report SAP
- Cost control & procurement of furniture On/Offboarding process & workspace provision Workspace provision and coordination with the entry and exit of employees Processing of ticket requests regarding the expansion or modification of workspaces Procurement of workspace furniture and verification of the stock of the warehouse HOW YOU CAN SERVE.
