- You have confirmed experience in a similar position and/or consulting firm in strategy and/or organization as well as experience in the retail universe.
- You have excellent analytical, structuring and animation capabilities.
- You are familiar with the exposure to the executive committees and have a perfect mastery of French and English.

- Attached to the Director Organization & Strategic Planning, you operate as a real internal consulting firm at La Maison, working on cross-cutting and structuring issues related to the organizational development of the House.
- You are mandated by members of the Executive Committee.
- As part of your missions, you: Support teams in formalizing a forward-looking strategic vision, as well as identifying operational and organizational issues.
- Lead projects: by defining objectives, framing and project approach.
- Participate in the budget process in collaboration with human resources.
