The Real Estate Directorate is recruiting a process-oriented project leader as part of the implementation of its strategy.
As such, you are leading a process aimed at formalizing business processes and optimizing its activities, in order to strengthen operational performance and the quality of services.

- In this context, you are cross-cutting with teams to strengthen processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and improve the readability and understanding of services offered to internal clients.
- You analyze existing processes and identify irritants.
Main responsibilities
- In this context, you are cross-cutting with teams to strengthen processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and improve the readability and understanding of services offered to internal clients.
- You analyze existing processes and identify irritants.
- You collect and analyze the evolving needs expressed by field teams and propose ways to improve.
- In line with ISO 55001 asset management principles, you identify gaps between current uses and target needs and propose common standards.
- You model the target processes.
- Finally, you propose and implement mechanisms for monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement of performance.
- You operate in a transversal environment and work closely with all the employees of the owner's division.
- As such, you facilitate exchanges between different stakeholders, foster collective intelligence and ensure proper ownership of the defined processes.
Company and context
- You provide methodological and organizational support to sector leaders and real estate management and participate in updating processes.
- You know the tools for continuous improvement: 5S, Kaizen, KPI management and analysis with problem solving methodologies: 5P, QQOQCP, Ishikawa.
- You accompany the change and contribute to the development of a culture of customer service and data management.
