- Run the weekly delivery forum: cross-stream dependency sync, risk review, and unblock decisions
- Manage scope through structured change control; balance MVP vs. value and risk trade-offs
- Maintain critical path, handoffs, and sequencing across Tech and Business workstreams
- Ensure definition of done, entry/exit criteria, and quality gates are met for each phase Execution Governance and Risk Control
- Operate stage gates/tollgates (Initiate/Plan/Build/Test/Deploy/Hypercare) with go/no-go criteria
- Drive programme-level RAID: anticipate impacts, secure mitigations, escalate early
- Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, SOX) in delivery plans
- Run periodic delivery health checks; implement corrective actions and systemic fixes Financials Control
Key requirements
- Experience and Qualifications
- 8–12+ years leading delivery or programme governance in complex, cross-border transformations
- Proven accountability for significant budgets across multi-vendor landscapes
- Track record delivering multi-workstream Tech + Business outcomes at scale
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related Preferred
- Delivery leadership: cross-stream orchestration, dependency management, cutover readiness
- Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, CapEx/OpEx, benefits, unit economics
- Planning mastery: critical path, release planning, scenario modeling
- Data storytelling: convert delivery/financial metrics into clear decisions
- Communication: crisp, executive-ready materials; facilitation across time zones
- Risk and issue management under ambiguity; structured problem solving
- Tooling: PPM (e.g., Jira, Xray, Confluence), BI (Power BI), collaboration suites, advanced Excel
