- Taking full ownership of strategic programs from initiation through to successful delivery and value realization.
- This includes managing scope, timelines, budget, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams and partners.
- Establishing and leading governance structures with senior business and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment and effective decision-making.
- Steering execution on a day-to-day basis, proactively resolving issues and bringing clarity to complex and fast-moving environments.
- Leading cross-functional, multi-vendor teams across regions, fostering collaboration and a strong sense of shared accountability.
- Actively building alignment across stakeholders and ensuring that delivered solutions are anchored sustainably within the organization.
