Role overview
This is what awaits you: As a Product Manager, you are part of the “Contract Management Process” department and the troika of an ART, responsible for non-life insurance business.
You actively shape the modernization of our core processes and focus on the needs of our customers and users.
This is what you do with us: Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for modernization projects in the areas of contract management such as key figures, contract renovations, stock updates, invoicing, reinsurance, coinsurance or sales compensation.

- Absolviertes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Versicherungswesen, Produktmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der skalierten agilen Produktentwicklung (bsp. SAFe) als Product Manager:in, Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
Key requirements
- Absolviertes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Versicherungswesen, Produktmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der skalierten agilen Produktentwicklung (bsp. SAFe) als Product Manager:in, Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Erfahrung im Nicht-Leben-Versicherungsbereich
- Lösungsorientierte, selbständige und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit in einem komplexen Umfeld mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen den Überblick zu behalten sowie Anforderungen wertorientiert zu priorisieren
- Kommunikationsstärke mit ausgeprägter Team- und Kundenorientierung sowie starker Durchsetzungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Strukturierte, verlässliche und konstruktive Arbeitsweise in Zusammenarbeit mit den agilen Teams, Stakeholdern und Führungsgremien
- Führungserfahrung, idealerweise auch in interdisziplinären Teamkonstellationen
- Interesse an der Team Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen sowie auch Off- und Nearshoring-Teams
- Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

- Graduate degree in business administration, business informatics, insurance, product management or a related field
- Several years of experience in scaled agile product development (e.g.
- SAFe) as product manager: in, product owner or in a comparable role Experience in non-life insurance
- Solution-oriented, independent and targeted working methods with the ability to maintain an overview in a complex environment with different stakeholder groups and to prioritize requirements in a value-oriented manner
- Communication strength with strong team and customer orientation as well as strong assertion and decision-making ability
- Structured, reliable and constructive working methods in cooperation with agile teams, stakeholders and management bodies
- Leadership experience, ideally also in interdisciplinary team constellations
