  • Several years of experience in the product management of digital products or platforms, of which several years as a product lead or in a comparable role with strategic product responsibility
  • In-depth experience in People & Culture, HR or comparable HR-related business domains
  • Demonstrable experience in the management of complex product projects as well as in the professional management of external partners and development teams
  • Very good understanding of agile product development and the ability to apply Scrum and other product methods pragmatically and effectively in complex organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management as well as strong communication and moderation skills
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable product decisions
  • Analytical, conceptual and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience with data-driven work and the measurable control of impact and outcomes
  • Experience with modern AI and LLM tools and their effective use in the product context
