- Define and communicate product vision for IAM: develop a clear vision for the IAM portfolio, aligned with business, security and compliance requirements, and represent it to teams and stakeholders
- Manage and further develop IAM portfolio: assume professional responsibility for the products in the areas of Identity & Role Management, Access & Secrets Management and Identity Access Governance
- Define epics, features and roadmap: on the basis of strategic specifications and architectural targets, develop, prioritize epics and features, control dependencies and implementation
- Monitor and control product development: identify risks, obstacles and conflicts of objectives at an early stage, address them and ensure timely and economical implementation
- Working with interdisciplinary teams: working closely with product owners, architects, DevSecOps teams, operations, procurement, security managers and other stakeholders
- IAM represented in committees and planning bodies: prepare and effectively represent specialist topics and priorities in SAFe events and decision-making bodies
- Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science, Economics or equivalent education in IT
- Several years of experience as a product owner or product manager in the field of IAM or security in a larger company, in public administration or in a comparable complex environment with demanding governance and stakeholder structures
- Sound understanding of IAM topics such as role models, provisioning, authentication, authorization, PAM or access governance
- Practical experience with agile process models (preferably SAFe) as well as with the control of backlogs, features and roadmaps
- High assertiveness, structured working methods and secure stakeholder management at various levels
- Very good knowledge of at least one second official language and in English and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
