CONTEXT The Richemont Procurement department is responsible for sourcing and purchasing the goods and services that enable our group's operations.

Our key initiatives include: Strengthening indirect procurement across the group through our P2P Project, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.

Embracing data-driven decision-making to optimize every purchase and unlock new opportunities.

Digitalizing end-to-end procurement with our eSHOP platform.
