- Experience in the application of ailloric methods and collaboration tools such as Jira and Co-Rive, SPC and/or LPM certifications with readiness to continuously develop them
- Ability to manage resources in the areas of finance, personnel and risk
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and operational action depending on the context, to specifically combine both perspectives and to act responsibly, flexibly and analytically
