Application process
- YOUR ROLE TO PLAY You will be responsible for: Prepare your workstation, your tools, as well as the associated documentation Respect and apply the standards, work and post instructions Control the quality and quantity of the parts in the batch Carry out polishing operations on the different materials (steel, gold, platinum, titanium, palladium, etc.) according to instructions Carry out manual polishing operations: felting, polishing, brightening, satin finishing (circular, straight and sun) sandblasting, stoning and de-rhodium plating Carry out washing (steam, machine) Carry out the disassembly of boxes for retouching Carry out the reassembly of crystals and/or boxes for waterproofing Carry out self-checking operations according to work and post instructions Check the running, watertightness, precision and running time of the watch Detect, resolve and report quality and/or technical problems to the departments concerned Ensure the maintenance of workshop equipment QUALITIES TO EXCEL Success in this role is based on: Your proven experience in polishing watch cases and trim components, ideally in an after-sales service workshop Your mastery of manual tools such as the lapidary, belt sander, sandblaster, polishing lathe, micromotor Your ability to read technical plans Your great precision in handling watchmaking tools Your professional or personal experience in disassembling and reassembling cases of watches, would be a real asset in taking on this role.
