- Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing operational processes and workflows across the department
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational challenges
- Identify and prioritize AI/automation use cases in Operations to reduce inefficiencies, bottlenecks, operational risk
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality and operational control
- Partner with Data/IT to translate business problems into AI solutions, define data requirements, and ensure model governance and traceability.
- Coordinate AI delivery lifecycle: data sourcing, feature engineering, model training/validation, UAT, deployment, and monitoring
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPI to measure process effectiveness and improvements outcomes
- Support change management activities and ensure successful adoption of new processes and operating models
- Ensure that proposed changes comply with regulatory framework, internal policies and risk management
Key requirements
- Master’s degree in finance or Information Technology
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking Operations
- Proven experience in process review, process re-engineering or continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholders management skills across all organisational levels
- Ability to work independently and challenge the status quo constructively
- Hands-on experience partnering with Data/IT on AI or advanced automation initiatives in an Operations context Experience with Lean, Six Sigma;
- Business Process Management or similar methodologies is a strong advantage
- Fluent in French and English; any other language would be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, programming skills is a plus
