Role overview
Attached to the team respite families who extend their support mission to families by caring for and developing paediatric care, the nurse provides home care for children who require technical care usually provided in hospital.

- Provide and ensure individualized care for children, taking into account physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, social and cultural needs

- Provide and ensure individualized care for children, taking into account physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, social and cultural needs
- Acting as a focal point and making decisions in interventions with families and children
- Engage in practical support and support for families by building trust with each member of the family and promoting exchanges
- Coordinate support with our partners within the network
- Participate in the promotion of clinical practices in an interprofessional approach to promote the diversification and quality of services in complex situations
- Maintaining skills related to changing professional practices
- Participate in the institutional mission to foster home care in a safe and stimulating environment for children.
- Bachelor of nursing or equivalent training, supplemented by post-graduate training in child, adolescent and family health
- Experience in caring for families in crisis situations Very good relational ability Ability to work independently
