Hypogonadism (Turner syndrome, Klinefelter syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, male or female infertility, menopause)
Gender incongruence
- You assist the doctor in the treatment of thyroid nodules by radiofrequency and alcoholisation (treatment under US, requiring rigor, technique and asepsia).
- You also accompany people in the process of gender transition.
You may also be required to work in the infectious unit that accommodates patients living with HIV, for regular follow-up and/or long-acting treatment injections. As part of a public interest and prevention mission, the unit is also a reference centre for the implementation of prophylaxis for HIV (prep, Pep). It has an anonymous STI screening centre where prevention messages and sexual health advice are provided. This activity is complementary to the activity in endocrinology, with one day per week.
