Within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service in the heart of the Children's and Adolescents' House, you are involved in hospital facilities specializing in the care of young people aged 6 to 18 with complex and varied psychiatric disorders (ASD, behavioural disorders, suicidal seizures, psychosis, personality disorders, complex social situations, etc.).
Several positions are to be filled, with varying assignments depending on the needs: in general hospital units for young people aged 6 to 18, in the Malatavie hospital unit specializing in dealing with the suicidal crisis among adolescents aged 13 to 18, or in the short-term replacement pool, which operates across several units.

Application process
- It also includes crisis management, through de-escalation measures, physical or relational interventions and the application of emergency protocols.
- The nurse or nurse is required to propose care axes adapted to the developmental, relational and psychopathological dimensions of young people, and to administer prescribed treatments.
- Interdisciplinary work is part of active participation in clinical symposia, synthesis meetings, meetings between referents and team reflections on therapeutic projects.
- It also involves a contribution to clinical development work, close collaboration with families, relatives and care partners, and a rigorous transmission of clinical observations.
- The nurse is involved in the co-construction of the care project alongside the other professionals involved.
- Institutional involvement translates into an active contribution to service projects, continuous improvement of professional practices and the implementation of new therapeutic approaches.
- It also includes participation in continuing education, both internal and external, as well as supervision of nursing students.
- We are looking for a professional with a strong experience or interest in child psychiatry and psychopathology of children and adolescents.
