Role overview

Become Head of non-food department and manage with passion and innovation a central space of the shop of Servette.

Main responsibilities

  • You led a team of five collaborators on an important section of the store.
  • You ensure that you're beamed for an optimal presentation.
  • You analyze the performance of the rays and propose strategies for improvement.
  • You manage orders, inventory and inventory to maintain a smooth supply.
  • You guarantee cleanliness and comply with merchandising guidelines.
  • You maintain an excellent knowledge of the products, including their origin, their instructions for use and their peculiarities. Required
  • Minimum 3 years: In the retail sector with non-food expertise.
  • Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Retail trade or equivalent title.
  • Rigor, dynamism, versatility, autonomy and strong desire to work as a team.
  • Excellent mastery and interpretation of the numbers to improve the performance of the rays.
