- You advise and accompany customers in the use of Subito and Self Scanning terminals.
- You manage traffic in the Subito area to reduce waiting times and improve customer buying experience.
Main responsibilities
- You advise and accompany customers in the use of Subito and Self Scanning terminals.
- You manage traffic in the Subito area to reduce waiting times and improve customer buying experience.
- You perform random purchasing checks with tact and kindness, following the procedures in force.
- You're clean and tidy in the Subito area.
- You provide quality customer service by meeting customer needs and expectations with professionalism.
- You support the other areas of the store and replace in cash if necessary. Required Minimum 3 years: Sale or security
- Completed professional learning (CFC): Retail trade or equivalent title.
- Management of cash systems and effective management of all types of transactions.
- Autonomy, dynamism, initiative and great ability to remain calm in all situations.
- Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in order to create positive and unforgettable interactions.
