You have experience in watch movement construction.
Your methodical mindset, curiosity, and creativity enable you to successfully lead innovative projects aligned with the Maison’s identity.
You are proficient in micromechanics (or an equivalent field in precision mechanics or watchmaking technology) and CAD software.
Reporting to the Director of Watch Research & Development, the Movement Builder (H/F) develops movements or mechanisms and the associated technical files for watchmaking and the Maison’s Art Mechanics.
Developments are carried out in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders from the Watchmaking Workshops (Meyrin & Ste Croix), the Object Extraordinary department in Paris, and external partners.
Key requirements
- Experience in the design and development of watch movements
- In-depth knowledge of the production processes of high-end watches
- Ability to work in teams and manage complex projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Flexibility and willingness to travel if necessary
- Language skills: French and English are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
