Your Mission
Integrated into the Quality Manufacturing team of the Meyrin site and directly attached to the Quality Production Manager, your role will be to ensure product compliance and contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes in a demanding watchmaking environment.

- Participate in root cause analyses and in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (Ishikawa, QRQC, 8D, etc.)
- Monitoring and analysing quality indicators (starts, updates, compliance rates)
- Train and sensitize employees on quality requirements
- Conduct post audits and participate in process validations
Application process
- Ensure the application of quality standards in workshops
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to reduce non-compliance and non-quality costs
- Technical CFC, quality or training deemed equivalent
- Experience confirmed from 3 to 5 years minimum in the watch industry, ideally in the field of dressing
- Good knowledge of high-end requirements, aesthetic criteria and surface treatments, decoration and assembly processes
- Mastery of plan reading, GPS ratings and conventional means of control
- Mastery of quality tools (8D, AMDEC, SPC, QRQC, 5M) and ease with computer tools, including an ERP type M3
- Ability to analyze quality issues, identify root causes and manage improvement actions
