YOUR MISSION

At our Glovelier (JU) site, your mission is to ensure the production and development of the tools and the various mechanical assemblies needed to produce the products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures the conduct and adjustment of the wire erosion machines (GF, Sodick) necessary for the manufactures entrusted to it:

• Ensures the setting and setting of the machine (assembly of the parts on the posts, taking of the origins on 3D measuring machine, loading of the programs)
• Ensures the start of production by following the instructions of the manufacturing range (assembly of the tools of posing / Set-up and setting, change of programs, ...)
• Powers the machine or equipment of raw materials according to the scheduling of manufacturing orders and the machining processes defined by the methods

Verifies manufacturing compliance

• Implement quality monitoring plan
• Performs dimensional and aesthetic control of manufactured components
• Detects, identifies manufacturing drifts and performs corrective actions within the limits of instructions
• Detects and reports anomalies, proposes improvements

Cleans and maintains the equipment, machinery and tools at its disposal:

• Evacuate chips in areas reserved for this purpose
• Implements and enforces machine preventive maintenance plans
• Participates in continuous improvement of working environment
• Respects the rules of Hygiene, Safety and Security at its workplace and in manufacturing
• Participates in training activities in the context of developments in the manufacturing process
• Transmits information and ensures the transfer of instructions between teams

RESEARCH PROFILE

· CFC in mechanical, micromechanical or equivalent formation · Experience in erosion wire essential and optional diving · Knowledge of programming and milling is an asset. · Experience confirmed for several years in a similar position in an industrial environment · Rigorous, methodical, pragmatic, flexible, autonomous, proactive · Person oriented continuous improvement, curious and open to challenges

Contract: HOM 24 months
