Reference code: JR130893 Ensure and guarantee the production of parts in terms of quality, quantity and time on milling equipment for which it is responsible. Proceed with the commissioning of a machining centre. Machine parts by removing material until the shape, dimensions and surface aesthetics are obtained. Your role to play within the House: Ensure the commissioning Perform the settings of CNC machines (by conducting a standardization/optimization process). Check and validate the adjustment part before starting the series Remount the corrections or proposal to improve the programs to the programmer Ensure machining and production monitoring Monitor the evolution of the machining (controls during production) Change the tools and make the necessary corrections Soften the parts Clean the parts according to the work and shift instructions Ensure preventive maintenance of CNC machines Apply and enforce the maintenance plans Perform first level maintenance Perform self-control Perform the self-control operations according to the work and shift instructions Locate the defects, determine the measures to be taken and apply them at each manufacturing step Detect, solve or trace the quality and/or technical problems Control with the three-dimensional control tools. The qualities to excel: You have a Micromechanic CFC, a Polymechanic CFC or a title deemed equivalent. You are comfortable reading technical and industrial (ideally in the field of watchmaking) and also on digital controls (ideally FANUC). You justify a proven experience on 3 axis machining machines of the Willemin Macodel type. Are you methodical, efficient, careful, quick execution and endowed with great dexterity of a very good vision?
