- GMC Registration: Must hold active registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) at the time of application.
- Clinical Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of direct clinical experience post-qualification.
- Specialty Experience: Proven experience working within haematology or oncology settings.

- While some previous clinical research experience is preferred, it is not essential.
- An individual interested in further understanding and influencing the development and approval of medicines for patients within the specific disease area.
