Requirements

• 5 years of experience: in product management: preferably in the retail sector.
• Studies completed (UK/EFP, HES, ES): in management, marketing or related technical field.
• Spirit of analysis and anticipation: You detect trends and identify opportunities to enrich the local assortment.
• Coordination and rigour: You effectively coordinate product launches with a structured approach.
• Product Expertise: You have an in-depth knowledge of "Convenience" products, accompanied by a passion and a strong affinity for them.
• French (Good Mastery)

Recruitment process

• Preselection of files: We constantly review the applications received, pre-screen and forward them to the manager. The decision to pursue or eliminate the recruitment process is communicated by telephone or e-mail. Return time: up to 3 weeks
• Personality/performance test: Under certain conditions, we take an additional step, the personality test (BIP, scale test or similar) to support the selection. The results of this test are discussed personally and form the basis for the continuation of the selection process. Return time: up to 1 week
• Professional interview: During the professional interview, the manager and/or other specialized person, or even the team, asks specific questions about knowledge to accomplish the work. If possible, then there is more time to get to know the workstation and team in a broken stick discussion. Return time: up to 3 weeks
• Interview with HR and the specialized department: The interview is conducted in distanciel or face-to-face with the HR person responsible and/or the specialized department. It serves primarily to learn more about personal and professional skills and allows both parties to assess cultural compatibility with the company and the team. Return time: up to 3 weeks
• Offer and contract preparation (digital): The main points of the contract are checked again after our verbal job offer. The establishment of the contract is then launched by mutual agreement before being sent by e-mail for digital signature. Return time: up to 1 week
