- Ensure operational monitoring of procurement and vendor files.
- Commercial training, procurement, logistics or supply chain.
- Prior experience in procurement, procurement administration or supply chain.
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities
- Ensure operational monitoring of procurement and vendor files.
- Manage the creation and updating of articles in our systems.
- Ensure the reliability of medical items and devices.
- Participate in the management of supply disruptions and the search for alternative solutions.
- Ensure the processing of security notices and materialisation activities.
- Contribute to the monitoring of procurement performance.
- Collaborate daily with medical, nursing, logistics and pharmaceutical teams.
- Participate in improvement projects and procurement structuring.
Key requirements
- Commercial training, procurement, logistics or supply chain.
- Prior experience in procurement, procurement administration or supply chain.
- Ability to be self-sufficient quickly and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Good control of computer tools.
