Introduction For our Finance division, we are looking for a Management Controller (H/F) whose main mission will be the financial management of the Rolex Group and its subsidiaries.
- Introduction For our Finance division, we are looking for a Management Controller (H/F) whose main mission will be the financial management of the Rolex Group and its subsidiaries.
- Manage budget and forecasting processes (budget, quarterly forecasts and CAPEX)
- Plan and coordinate the various phases of financial processes
- University training in economics or accounting or Federal Patent of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or Federal Diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling
Main responsibilities
- Manage budget and forecasting processes (budget, quarterly forecasts and CAPEX)
- Plan and coordinate the various phases of financial processes
- Analyze and challenge subsidiaries' financial submissions
- Prepare consolidated summaries and documents for presentation to management
- Monitor and analyse financial and operational results
- Monitor the Group's and subsidiaries' performance on a monthly basis
- Identify variances between forecasts and achievements and propose avenues for improvement
- Conduct specific financial analyses according to the needs Make recommendations based on the findings
- Ensure the role of business partner with the subsidiaries' finance teams
- Ensure the harmonization of practices, compliance with financial processes and follow-up of the reports requested Profile
Key requirements
- University training in economics or accounting or Federal Patent of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or Federal Diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling
