- You develop and empower the sales organization through targeted training, clear leadership and consistent action in the event of deviations
- You will be responsible for the expansion of the national market, support strategically important key accounts and actively promote the acquisition of new customers and the development of existing customers
- You recognize customer needs and market potential at an early stage and develop suitable services and solutions together with internal interfaces
- You continuously optimize sales processes, systems and working methods and ensure efficient, system-supported and potential-oriented sales
- Together with the regional sales managers, you ensure compliance with sales guidelines, price targets, margin targets, assortment decisions and relevant key figures
- You work closely with Purchasing, Category Management, Micarna and other related companies to maximize value and ensure high data quality in the systems Requirements
- Several years of experience: Sales manager in the gastro or food industry
- Completed basic or further education: degree as sales manager* or business administration
- You bring several years of management and sales experience in a comparable function – preferably in national sales, key account management and in the field of catering
- You think and act entrepreneurially, recognize market potential at an early stage and understand how to target earnings, margin and growth
