Mission

As part of this function, attached to our Clothing Division, you will manage the team and all production activities of the UAP Boxes in Haute Horlogerie (HAH) workshop, which includes milling, turning, diamondmaking and polishing activities. In close cooperation with another UAP HAH workshop and the other workshops of the Division, as well as support services, you will ensure the performance of your workshop by ensuring the waiting of production objectives and compliance with Patek Philippe standards, while promoting the collaborative experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and time to achieve goals.
• Provide support for training and the development of versatility within the Workshop.
• Analyze operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, reduce waste rates and operating times.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan and ensure compliance with the Patek Philippe standards.
• Advance the activities and operational processes of the Workshop in close coordination with other Workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, Internal Clients and other Services and Divisions.

Profile sought

• ES technician or other diploma deemed equivalent.
• Experience from 3 to 5 years minimum in a similar position.
• Technical knowledge of traditional production trades and CNC.
• Knowledge of production management.
• Mastery of office automation tools (MS Office)
• Knowledge of an LES (SAP) a plus.
• Ability in written and oral communication and listening.
• Ability to unite a team around a common goal.
• Proposal strength, decision-making and organizational capacity.
• Rigor, spirit of analysis and synthesis.
• Team spirit and adaptability.
