Your mission Attached to the Management, you ensure the management, organization and development of the following sectors:

• Operating room
• Sterilization
• Day accommodation and hospitalization unit You guarantee the quality and safety of care, coordinate the healthcare teams and actively participate in the strategic development of the establishment. Your profile
• IDDO or IBODE diploma
• Sterilization training (level 1 minimum)
• Proven experience in operating theater management
• Experience in team management
• Mastery of computer tools, notably Word and Excel
• Knowledge of OPALE software
• English level B1, an asset
• Ability to manage a team and sense of organization
• Ability to unite and motivate teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sense of responsibility, rigor and autonomy
• Ability to manage complex situations and emergencies
