Company and context
- Activities: Luminance it a new solution combining contract management, workflow automation, metadata extraction and artificial intelligence to support contract creation, review, negotiation and governance activities across the organization.
- You will support the deployment, configuration, testing and continuous improvement of Luminance across the Trading business:
- Participate in configuration and testing of Luminance functionalities and workflows.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and document issues and enhancement opportunities.
- Contribute to AI-powered contractual risk analysis tools and playbooks.
- Assist in prompt development, testing and optimisation for contract review.
- Support metadata extraction, validation and contract intelligence initiatives.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of templates, clause libraries and negotiation playbooks.
- Prepare training materials, presentations and communication packs.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
Additional details
- Contribute to innovation initiatives involving Generative AI, automation and Legal Tech.
