- Lead the execution of strategic change projects and transformation portfolios to advance core Legal & Compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate annual strategic planning cycles and align executive priorities for the Legal & Compliance Leadership Team.
- Track cross-functional performance metrics and translate key indicators into clear reporting for senior leadership.
- Manage global learning frameworks and upskilling programs to build future-ready capabilities across the organization.
- Facilitate strategic change management, communications, and network events to drive a cohesive global culture.
- Manage project pipelines and partner with global support hubs and external consultants to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and mentor a direct team while overseeing administrative workflows and logistics for executive events. Who You Are
- You bring 5–8 years of experience in strategic management, corporate operations, consulting, or project portfolio management.
