- Your key responsibilities will be: Training organisation Coordinate with external vendors to schedule training sessions online and onsite.
- Manage catering arrangements across multiple locations and ensure timely delivery of services.
Main responsibilities
- Your key responsibilities will be: Training organisation Coordinate with external vendors to schedule training sessions online and onsite.
- Manage catering arrangements across multiple locations and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Confirm participation, send participant lists to the vendor before the training, and send evaluation forms to the participants at the end of the training.
- Learning Management System management (LMS) Create and manage learning events and sessions within our LMS (Cornerstone), including registration management, and sessions closure.
- Provide support to other services when it is necessary to historize training courses in the system or create new training courses.
- Administration support: Track and process invoices in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors.
- Monitor the global view of invoices and support the Head of Swiss Learning and Development in following up the L&D Budget.
- Effectively support internal and external stakeholders ensuring clear and timely information flow.
- HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- We are looking for a talented L&D Coordinator who can demonstrate the following skills: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a Learning & Development or similar environment.
