Main responsibilities

  • Observe processes in the field (Gemba) to understand their actual functioning
  • Identify performance losses and opportunities for improvement and structure and manage high impact projects
  • Support production managers in problem solving and develop their autonomy in managing performance Required
  • 5 years minimum: Experience in a Lean, Operational Excellence or Continuous Improvement function in a complex industrial environment.
  • Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES): Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Food Science,...) completed with a certification in Lean Management (Green Belt )
  • You quickly analyze a complex industrial process and turn field observations into concrete actions
  • You generate lasting results in terms of safety, quality, cost, timeliness and productivity
  • You influence effectively without hierarchical authority, you develop the skills of managers
  • You have experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent) and ideally an operational experience
  • You question existing practices with kindness and demand
