• Respond to requests from studio employees and clients by telephone and in writing in French.
• Processing and response to member claims and requests.
• Studios-Clients-Internal Departments turntable function.
• Subscription administration, modification or correction.
• Performing administrative tasks and other correspondence.
• Very varied correspondence in French and German.

Required

• Experience: In customer service
• Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Commercial/administrative branch
• German (Good knowledge): German only oral
• Good computer skills, MS-Office.
• You're comfortable with accounting.
• You are engaged, don't let yourself be easily destabilized, communicative, flexible and expeditious.
• You like working on an open-minded team.
