Full description
You want to invest in a dynamic, multidisciplinary and committed team, at the heart of a paediatric hospital service. Within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Service in the heart of the Children's and Adolescents' House, you are involved in hospital facilities specializing in the care of young people aged 6 to 18 with complex and varied psychiatric disorders (ASD, behavioural disorders, suicidal seizures, psychosis, personality disorders, complex social situations, etc.). Several positions are to be filled, with varying assignments depending on the needs: in general hospital units for young people aged 6 to 18, in the Malatavie hospital unit specializing in dealing with the suicidal crisis among adolescents aged 13 to 18, or in the short-term replacement pool, which operates across several units. Clinical care includes active participation in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, taking into account the specific needs of the patient, while building on their resources and strengths. It involves working closely with families and relatives, as well as day-to-day therapeutic support incorporating different relational approaches, such as psychodynamic models or cognitive-behavioural therapies (CCTs). It also includes crisis management, through de-escalation measures, physical or relational interventions and the application of emergency protocols. The nurse or nurse is required to propose care axes adapted to the developmental, relational and psychopathological dimensions of young people, and to administer prescribed treatments. Interdisciplinary work is part of active participation in clinical symposia, synthesis meetings, meetings between referents and team reflections on therapeutic projects. It also involves a contribution to clinical development work, close collaboration with families, relatives and care partners, and a rigorous transmission of clinical observations. The nurse is involved in the co-construction of the care project alongside the other professionals involved. Institutional involvement translates into an active contribution to service projects, continuous improvement of professional practices and the implementation of new therapeutic approaches. It also includes participation in continuing education, both internal and external, as well as supervision of nursing students. We are looking for a professional with a strong experience or interest in child psychiatry and psychopathology of children and adolescents. A commitment to continuing education is expected, along with the skills needed to obtain a CAS in mental health and clinical psychiatry. Adaptability, autonomy, flexibility, rigour and the sense of teamwork are essential qualities. We want to welcome a person motivated to invest in an institutional project where multidisciplinarity is a pillar of therapeutic work. Good control of complex clinical situations, such as the management of violence, crises or denial of care, is also required.
- We offer the opportunity to integrate a caring, experienced and multidisciplinary team into a stimulating work environment. Regular time is spent on clinical exchanges and institutional work. The richness and diversity of the situations encountered make it possible to change its practice daily. The proposed position is both demanding and fulfilling, at the heart of a flexible and constantly evolving system that values the creativity of the caregiver. You will join a dynamic institutional framework, marked by the development of many therapeutic projects.
