Your missions

As a Cook Apprentice, your main tasks will be

• Participate in the preparation and realization of the dishes in accordance with the recipes and quality standards of the hotel.
• Learn and master the different culinary techniques taught as part of your training.
• Prepare the ingredients and ensure the necessary placements at the various food outlets.
• Assist cooks in daily production and special events.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and HACCP standards.
• Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment, equipment and workspaces.
• Contribute to the management of goods and storage of deliveries.
• Develop your versatility by discovering the different positions and specialties of the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the entire brigade to ensure smooth and quality service.
• Demonstrate curiosity, commitment and a real willingness to learn to build the foundations of your future profession.
