- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while offering guidance to internal clients across national and international locations.

- Assist in preparing IT equipment according to predefined workplace requirements.
- Support the setup and maintenance of multimedia installations in meeting rooms.
- Actively participate in employee workstation relocations, primarily in Zurich.
- Contribute to hardware lifecycle and inventory management processes.
- Ensure the availability and distribution of end-user IT materials globally, including inventory management.
